We assembled a team of expert, professional coaches with elite level and global experience in both rugby league and rugby union to drive our mission. We currently work with athletes, coaches and organizations from American football and both codes of rugby.

A Florida native, Colin grew up playing US sports before discovering rugby union and then league, achieving representative honors and playing down under in Australia.
Colin is the current Head Coach of the USA Rugby League's SW Florida Copperheads RLFC. He is a crucial bridge between Tackle U's European and US-based operations.
COLIN O'DELL
Krisnan is Assistant Coach with the Salford Red Devils. Nicknamed "the smiling assassin" and known as a heavy hitting defender, Krisnan enjoyed a long playing career both down under in the NRL and the European Super League, reaching Grand Finals in both.
Krisnan represented both New Zealand and Samoa at international level, as well as playing Top 14 rugby union for Stade Français.

Paul is the incumbent Head Coach of the Salford Red Devils in Super League - the highest level of rugby league in the Northern Hemisphere. He is a two times nominee for Super League Coach of the Year.
Previously, Paul was Head Coach of the first ever transatlantic sports franchise, the Toronto Wolfpack. As a player, Paul played for Leigh, Halifax, Huddersfield and made five appearances for England.
PAUL ROWLEY
Having played and coached rugby league in the UK, France, Poland, Greece and the USA, Liam founded Tackle U after his own experiences with concussion and post-concussion syndrome.
Despite these challenges, Liam is passionate about contact sports and making them as safe as possible without compromising the physical edge we all enjoy.
